Haricot Menu

At Haricot, we serve a set menu because we believe each dish deserves attention. We have created a selection of six courses in which seasonal ingredients play the main role. We also offer the option of extending your dinner.

Do you have dietary requirements or allergies? Please let us know in advance. We will gladly adjust our menu where possible (provided this is not too drastic for the menu and does not change the signature of our kitchen). Vegan is not possible.

Haricot Menu

  • Hamachi, corn, green tomato, lime leaf

  • Scallops from France, yuzu kosho, smoked egg yolk, spruce tops

  • Girolles, snow crab, melting foie gras, pedro ximenez

  • North Sea sole, cavolo nero, maitake, autumn truffle vinaigrette, razor clam gravy

  • Reebok, Hungarian goulash of forerunners with cumin, orange and coffee

  • Coconut, banana, gula djawa, pandan rice
