Haricot Menu

At Haricot, we serve a set menu because we believe each dish deserves attention. We have created a selection of six courses in which seasonal ingredients play the main role. We also offer the option of extending your dinner.

Do you have dietary requirements or allergies? Please let us know in advance. We will gladly adjust our menu where possible (provided this is not too drastic for the menu and does not change the signature of our kitchen). Vegan is not possible.

Haricot Menu

  • Hamachi, corn, green tomato, lime leaf

  • Langoustine, truffled seaweed, celeriac

  • Girolles, North Sea crab, melting foie gras, pedro ximenes

  • Zander, mussel, beurre d'escargot, chorizo, pernod

  • Reebok, Hungarian goulash of the forerunners with cumin, orange and coffee

  • Berries, seeds, branches
